Dearest requires a 50% downpayment to start conceptualizing and crafting your bespoke piece.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as Paypal on our website.

Is my information secure? / Is it safe to order?

Dearest ensures that your personal data and information are secure. We use secure encryption technology on our website.

Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

We are very proud of the quality of our jewellery. We offer you a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty. This means we will have your jewellery pieces fixed for you with free charge for labor. All material costs will be separately billed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Dearest jewellery is crafted especially for you. Once we receive your payment, we start working on your piece. In case of cancellation of our project, we will retain 40% of the sales price.
